Hi Alex, first of all thanks a lot for writing this post. It spoke to me in great lengths. I met you about 9 years ago working at Citi for AML and I was part of the designing team for the “Smart Case Log” that Gabriel Rincon was leading. At that time you were working with Jason Hummel and we had lots of meetings... I remember until this day that you had the capacity to explain, present and communicate something complex into something very easy to digest for the involved stakeholders that were not tech savvy.... I am also following Tony Robins and he said pretty much the same concept that you published here but using the word “anticipation” being able to see the future... Even though I already kind of knew this concept I must said that after reading your post I was able to see it even clearer. It made all sense... You used the right words and I was able to step into the future to identify the problem. I have not seen this concept in this particular way before.... I guess sometimes we need to see the same ideas from different angles or using different words in order to understand the whole picture.... I am excited because I visited the future so many times but my lack of direction or guidance to move forward has made me stop, however like Seth Godin said I cannot unseen it and as the time pass by I see how the world would benefit tremendously from it specially in the crisis we are now facing with the global pandemic... looking forward to see what’s in the upcoming posts....

Great insight! Particularly on going to the future and determining whether the problem is worth pursuing. Looking forward to the additional posts on this topic.
